Our interview process not only allows us to determine how you might best fit into our organization, it also provides you the opportunity to learn more about us. During your interview, you'll meet individuals from Human Resources and be introduced to your potential co-workers and managers. This is your chance to ask questions about our culture, our history and our plans for the future.

Make the most out of your interview at GMAC with the help of these simple tips:

Managers are always impressed when you are prepared with facts about our company and specifically their business. Do some research in advance and have a list of questions to ask about the company, the position, the manager and more.

Dress appropriately for your interview. You will only have one chance to make a first impression. Smile and be confident in your abilities.

Highlight the parts of your background that most closely match the requirements of the position. If we forget to ask you about something that you feel is important, tell us about it.

Make sure that you get the business card of everyone you interview with. Handwritten notes and/or e-mails are always appreciated and show that you are willing to go the extra mile.
