
GMAC's Commercial SmartLease is an affordable way for qualified commercial customers to obtain the new vehicles they need. With SmartLease, customers pay for the portion of the vehicle they expect to use during the lease term, plus a rental charge, taxes and fees. As a result, SmartLease offers a number of distinct advantages over traditional financing, including lower monthly payments, no resale or trade-in worries, and possible tax benefits. This option also allows customers to lease vehicles with certain specialized upfits.
Eligible Vehicles
Passenger cars, light and medium-duty commercial vehicles of any make or model listed in the quarterly updated Residual Value Leasing Guide (RVLG).

A GMAC Commercial SmartLease allows qualified customers to:
- Preserve capital and enhance cash flow through lower monthly payments as compared to purchasing the vehicle.
- Qualified customers can obtain low monthly payments with little or no up-front money.
- Drive a more expensive vehicle for about the same monthly payment as a less expensive vehicle that is financed.
- Most SmartLease terms end before the GM New-Vehicle Limited Warranty ends, so typically the manufacturer pays for major covered repairs during the lease term.

Maximum Vehicle Prices:
- 110% of Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price5 for commercial light-duty vehicles.
- 95% of Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price for commercial medium-duty vehicles.
- 115% (light-duty) and 100% (medium-duty) of dealer cost for upfit packages.6
Mileage Allowances:
- Commercial-use, light-duty trucks/15,000 miles per year.
- Medium-duty, gas powered engines/25,000 miles per year.
- Medium-duty, diesel powered engines/35,000 miles per year.
Maintenance:
- You're responsible for all vehicle maintenance.
Restrictions
Fleet incentives or special rate incentives may not be available for certain commercial fleet customers. 7
